Underneath Suzie Boss' article, I found a comment by Fredrick which introduces another similar resource, http://www.stratalogica.com. I visited the website and watched the introductory video. Unfortunately, it is not free, but I'm sure if enough teachers at a school got together asking for it, they could get a subscription. I urge you all to go look at this website and see all the amazing features it has. It is very interactive, and like GoogleLitTrips, you can make a map of an event/story and put what look like push pins in important places. Here you can put videos, text, symbols, text, and photos. There are dual maps, 2-D and 3-D maps, atlases, routes, reference maps, world history, buildings, terrain. Teachers have the opportunity to save and share lessons. I will definitely ask for this resource when I am in a school!

Lit Trips and Stratalogica
I went on the GoogleLitTrips website and I was blown away with how amazing some of the projects are. Also, they seem fairly simple, which means that even with a class of second graders, I will be able to use this resource. I love that there are already so many created Lit Trips that if I was a subscriber I could use in my classroom. It's great for teachers to share their products and use other teachers' ideas in their own classes.
