We felt:
bored- too much wait time
scared- of the unknown
confused- unfamiliar with language
worried- for other family members
pensive- about our future in a new country
unfair- 1st class got to be processed first, and some of us got sent to the infirmary for unknown reasons
(We are a family immigrating from Norway. Our reasons for coming to America is in search of more fish to catch... literally. We are really poor and hope to make it in the new country by using our knowledge of fish and other sea life to start our own business. )
